Yes. Your website sells the event. Embr is the live, practical layer guests use on the day for timings, places, contacts and changes.

Do guests need an account or an app?

No. Each guide is a private link that opens in the phone browser. There is nothing to install and no guest sign-up.

What happens when the schedule changes?

Send the change and we update the live guide. Guests see the latest version from the same link, so there is nothing new to resend.

How quickly can a guide be ready?

Most straightforward guides reach first review in 2 to 3 working days, without a lengthy platform setup. Larger or more complex events may need a week or more, so we confirm a realistic timeline before work starts.

What happens after the event?

The guide retires after the agreed end date. Repeat organisers can reuse the proven structure for their next event.
